Deal Maxy is not liable for damages resulting from service delays, non-deliveries, data loss, or service interruptions caused by technical failures or other circumstances.

Deal Maxy holds no responsibility for declines in transaction authorization due to credit limits set by banks. The platform reserves the right to send transactional emails and SMS messages, which users agree not to consider as spam. Communication with Users
